This Native American necklace is a 3 strand carved shell Bird Fetish, strung with thin white shell heishi and small dark blue turquoise beads. Itis 29 inches long with a hanging length of 14 1/2 inches.The birds are carved from orange and brown olive shells and are white on the underside. The heishi are 2 millimeters thick and made from dark brown pen shell. This necklace has a Hook & Loop clasp with a silver cone bead at each end. There is a visible knot near one of the silver cones.The necklaceweighs approximately 3.7 ounces.
