• Be aware that is now collecting state sales tax for many states. Please check with to see if your state is included.

• If you feel that we have erred in our description, please notify us and we will be happy to try to resolve any problems.

• While we do verify that our items are gold/platinum/silver, we do not have the equipment available to verify the exact karat contents of gold/platinum. If an item is stamped 14k, for example, we will list it as such. We have no way of verifying the exact karat if the manufacturer has erred (which does occasionally happen).

• Items that have not been paid for 3 days after purchase will be cancelled and the buyer will not be able to purchase from us again. Please understand that we are a small family-owned business and lack of prompt payment is extremely frustrating for us.

• We ship promptly upon payment via USPS, insured with signature required. We ship this way as some buyers in the past have falsely claimed that they did not receive their package, hence the signature required. If your package is not claimed and is shipped back to us we will refund your money and re-list the item unless you contact us. We are happy to combine shipping for multiple items purchased for cheaper shipping. Just send us a message if this is the case.

Larger items' shipping costs will differ accordingly. International shipping rates will depend on your location and VAT fees associated with your order. We will ship an item via USPS Ground Advantage whenever possible to save the buyer costs, and we will ship it via USPS Priority Mail when necessary. We do not allow buyers to select the shipping method as we reserve the right to ship the item in the manner that is best for the cost-effectiveness and safety of the item. Shipping in either manner is always with signature required. We will not refund shipping costs in the case of a return and the buyer will pay for the return shipping unless it is an error on our part. All returned itemsmust be in the same condition in which they were received by the buyer.
