Comics come from a smoke free home, but the owner did have pets. (Comics are on consignment). Comics also come bagged and boarded within the previous 2 years.
In our opinion on condition, we put these comics in a 9.2-9.4. For a more precise evaluation on condition, a grading company is required at the buyer’s expense.
We have also taken the liberty of documenting our opinion in the attached photos for you.
