Up for offer is an EMD builders plate off of Norfolk Southern SD40-2 3412 ex CR 6501. Item is in great shape though alot of the original EMD paint is gone over time. CR paint is still visable in spots. Conrail never taped the plate over during repainting so it was sanded down though the lettering is still visable.
