with the latest PO postage increase we have moved all eligible items to the less expensive standard envelope shipping rates, which are a huge savings in shipping prices, but is quite a bit slower in arriving, coming from up here in Alaska to the lower 48 can take an average of 2 weeks. thanksthe USPS has raised all ground shipping rates again to a higher postage rate, as we have an store we are required to ship all items with tracking, hence the higher postage rates. if you buy multiple items we can adjust your postage back down and refund you back to what it costs to mail your item , either send us an message \"ask seller for a new invoice\" or we can just refund the extra postage back when we mail them to you. thanks!Norman Vaughan Antarctic Expedition 1996 Trading Card UR-on-it trading cardhard to find card!(Inventory binder c12-97)
**Any questions about this item, please ask :)**
**We do combine shipping - if wanting a quote - just ask :)**
*We offer local pick-up (we have a storefront in Fairbanks, Alaska - it\'s called Alaska Transfers & Design in the Regency Court Mall on College Road) - Please let us know before payment is made* to check out our other items! We have LOTS of vintage items, Alaska souvenirs, collectibles, novelties and much more listed in our store !!**Customers Buying Multiple items**
If you purchase more then 1 item please DO NOT pay for eachseparately - Please put all the items you want to buy in the cart, then use the \"ask the seller for a total\" option, so we can send you a new invoice with the postage set correctly for multiple items, it may save you $$ in shipping costs - I am told that option is hard to find on the phone app - no worries, we do refund shipping overages.
SHIPPING NOTES:
We offer 1 day handling, meaning we mail items within 24 hours of purchase (except on weekends and non mailing holidays of course) , but seeing how we are in North Pole Alaska, items may take 3-5 days longer to arrive at the destination than what \'s notice quotes. They no longer process mail in Alaska, so an item I mail here takes 1 day to get from North Pole to Anchorage, then usually 1 day to be flown to a processing center, then 1 day to get sorted. So there\'s a lag time of about 3 days in there that does not take into consideration for Sellers that are in Alaska. So please keep that in mind when buying from us to add those extra travel days to the expected arrival time that sends you. Thank You!
**Sales Tax**
does collect sales tax for towns & states that have a sales tax - we personally do not see any of that money, it is handled by .
**International Buyers** – We ship internationally using \'s Global Shipping Program **special note on arrival times
International mail has taken anywhere from 7 days to a month to arrive, (item can be held up in customs or at anywhere along the line) this is just how the postal system works, we mail things out the same day / next day after the item is paid for and hopefully that helps in getting the item to you as fast as the postal system can get it there.***Please Note:
