Large Porcelain figurine of a SEAL. From Ucagco China Company. Made in Japan. The top of the back hip in the main photo shows an area with some light scratches or rub marks, I can\'t tell. The surface has a dull look, and I don\'t know if that is how it was made, or if there is a film on it. I tried gentle cleansers, but I don\'t want to damage it in any way, so am leaving it as is. There were some tiny white spots on it, (may be some still in the photos), but this comes off, seems to be teeny paint spots. A few tiny flea bites on the front back flipper. You have to look hard for them. Hard to find piece. Very nicely made. PLEASE SEE ALL PHOTOS & READ ALL INFO BEFORE PURCHASE.
