A scarce piece of 42nd 'Rainbow'Division history - the WWI poster that tied New York's bond drive to its mostfamous fighting division. In the spring of 1918, while the Rainbow Division wasin the trenches in Lorraine, New Yorkers were told: buy Third Liberty Loanbonds and win the right to fly the Treasury's red-white-and-blue Honor Flag forthe boys overseas.
