Original 1930s Shirley Temple 13" Composition Doll & Trunk, Dress, Overalls For Sale

Original 1930s Shirley Temple doll 13" tall with an original dress, overalls and trunk, all in fair played-with condition.  It's hard to see in the photos, but the doll is marked on the back of the neck and on the back of her torso "Shirley Temple".  Our mother received the doll for her 11th birthday in 1935.

The doll has issues: It is intact, but the joints are very loose -- can't hold its head or arms up and can't stand on its own. There's a lot of crazing on its torso and a little on its face, the teeth are a bit stained, the wig rather messy, and the feet are discolored.  The dress is in pretty good condition with several tiny specks of discoloration on the collar and the ribbons tied to the doll's wrists are worn.  The overalls are in good condition and have their original tag.  The dress has no tag, but we are pretty sure it is the doll's original dress.

The trunk is 15" x 7 1/2" x 6 1/2".  We're not sure what it's made of, maybe pressboard covered it coated paper.  It has quite a lot of cosmetic wear as you can see in the photos, but it is intact and all the movie decals are present.  The back of the drawer inside is dented.
