O'Neill's work began in the 1960's where he did a strip called Odds Bodkins for the San Francisco Chronicle.
He's also famous (infamous) for his own underground comic book, Air Pirates Funnies which spoofed Disney characters and resulted in a famous lawsuit by the Disney Company.
