This is the sign panel used with the collectible Blatz “Running Waiter” advertising display, a countertop or back-bar point-of-sale piece featuring a dimensional bottle-shaped waiter carrying a foaming mug of beer.
Many surviving Running Waiter displays are incomplete or have lost their original sign. Original loose panels are difficult to locate, making this an important replacement component for a collector restoring an original Blatz display.
The sign reads:
“…it’s draft-brewed BLATZ at LOCAL PRICES”*
The complete statement printed beneath the asterisk reads:
*“PASTEURIZED IN BOTTLES AND CANS”
The original advertising identification number B-352 appears in the lower-left corner.

The panel retains strong red and black lettering against its naturally aged cream-colored background. Its most significant value is as an original replacement panel for completing or restoring a Blatz Running Waiter display, although it can also be displayed independently as authentic Milwaukee breweriana.
