This is a traditional depiction of Notre-Dame des Victoires (Our Lady of Victories), featuring the Virgin Mary crowned and holding the Infant Jesus atop a globe surrounded by cherubim.

There is a piece missing on the underside of the base that does not affect how it stands, but can be seen a little bit when the statue is upright.
