Primitive Shore Bird Carved Wood Folk Art Vintage Figurine 7.5" T x 11" L For Sale

This vintage figurine is a beautiful example of carved wood folk art. The bird depicted is a shorebird, similar to a sandpiper, heron, egret, curlew, or godwit. The wood used for this figurine is of excellent quality and has been expertly carved by hand.There are some scratches on the base. Bird seems to have two different kind of eyes and there is a small hole in the bottom of the bird. Please see all photos for full condition.
Bird measurements are approx. 11" long from beak to tail 7.5" tall to top of beak base measures 3.5" x 2.75"
