In the rare instance something is damaged in shipping it will be the buyer's sole responsibility to process the claim at the post office. We will provide all the required documentation to help you speed through the process. We cannot issue refunds for directly for items damaged in shipping as we are not the insurer and the post office rules will not allow anyone but the recipient to handle the claim. The cost of your insurance is paid by you and is factored into the shipping costs.
