Pattern is used. Verified complete.
Condition: Very good condition for age. Minor tearing on envelope at corners. A few pattern pieces have darkened at edges due to age.

One last thing, vintage pattern sizes were based on a different measurement system and are often considerably smaller than modern sizes. A modern size 10 might correspond to a vintage size 14 or even 16.
