It is used and in nice vintage shape with just some normal use wear and scuffs (see pictures). No cracks or breaks(see pictures). There is a scratch on the backside of the black base (see pictures). I am unsure what material it is made of. The figure stands about 8 inches tall to the tallest wing (see pictures). The base is about 3 1/8 inches wide and 2.75 inches deep (see pictures).
