Antique Arts & Crafts Chandelier
Gorgeous condition!A beautiful original antique, circa 1910-1920.It has a stunning, warm patina, has been freshly rewired, is working well and is ready to hang.
It is made of solid brass and has a lovely aged patina that has been cleaned and hand-oiled.No large gouges or dents in the brass - just normal patina marks and variations in the color of the aged brass, which adds so much personality!
The glass shades are signed Vianne, were made in France, and are mouth-blown glass with etched floral designs - so special.They have no chips or cracks and look beautiful.They would have been a later addition, probably made in France in the mid-1900\'s as antique reproductions.
The brass Pass & Seymour (P&S) sockets have patent date of May 17, 1910.They have been taken apart, cleaned inside and out, rewired, tested and are working great.Use 5 standard-base light bulbs up to 60 watts, or use LED bulbs for any brightness you like, as they use low wattage for bright light.Bulbs not included.
