This collectible handcrafted document is a genuine vintage Vatican artifact.Signed by Archbishop Giuseppe (Joseph) Migone (1875–1951), a prominent Italian prelate and papal diplomat who served in the Roman Curia. Archbishop Migone served the Vatican as the Secret Almoner of the Office of Papal Charities (Elemosiniere Segreto) and Papal Diplomat. He was a trusted special secretary to Pope Benedict XV and Pope Pius XII.
