Following World War II, millions of individuals were housed in displaced persons camps across Europe. Among them were robust refugee Scouting organizations from Eastern Europe and the Baltics who organized this international rally to promote unity and perseverance.Design Elements:Features the iconic Scout Fleur-de-lis symbol prominently at the top and etched in the center.A multi-colored enameled wheel representing the national colors and presence of Scouts from nations including Ukraine, Belarus, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Poland.The bottom scroll reads: "I.
