Unusual antique/vintage Dieges & Clust New York music-related medal or pendant.
The elaborate Art Deco-style design features a classical lyre at center surrounded by architectural/geometric ornamentation. A raised banner beneath the lyre reads PERE ATTENDO.
The reverse carries the maker's mark:

The exact organization, school or award represented by this piece has not been positively identified. Extensive searching did not locate another exact example, making this an especially interesting piece for further research.
The piece retains its top suspension loop and may originally have hung from a ribbon, pin bar or larger award assembly.
Original surface shows considerable patina and age-related wear. It has not been polished.
