Dating to around the 1820s–1830s, this fine Regency-era piece features a central picturesque scenic landscape framed by an outer border decorated with scrolls and moral proverbs such as "Knowledge is the treasure of the mind" and "Frugality is the mother of virtue." The back exhibits the authentic printed pattern mark and an impressed maker's mark.
