This is the oversized 15 1/8" platter, featuring the wonderful folk-art farm scene Heartland collectors love—colorful cottages surrounded by sheep, pigs, a cow, farmer, birds, ducks, fruit, flowers and other country motifs. The speckled cream stoneware has a scalloped rim finished with warm brown edging.
The larger oval size really shows off the entire pattern and makes a great centerpiece for a vintage farmhouse or cottage kitchen. It would also be beautiful displayed on a hutch or plate stand when not being used for serving.

Condition: Beautiful vintage condition with the pattern remaining bright and colorful. Light signs of age/use may be present, but overall this one displays wonderfully. The brown edging has the slightly varied appearance characteristic of this pattern. The pattern remains crisp and bright and no scratches with the exception of the left side of the pink horse.
