Rare Large Zuni Fetish Carving Mama Bear & Cub by D. Westika For Sale

This amazing large fetish sculpture of a Mama Bear and her Cub, is by Zuni master carver Darrell Westika. It is a large, detailed carving. Mama stands 6\" tall and her cub stands 3 1/2\" tall. They display lots of personality, too. This has been in our personal collection since it was acquired in Zuni in 2001, safely under glass. Bears are described as being considered protective spirits, connected with the direction West in the Zuni tradition, and we all know the level of protection a mama bear provides.
