An incredibly rare, authentic late 19th-century hand-blown amber glass beer bottle from the long-defunct Alabama Brewing Company based in San Francisco, California. Features a prominent oval slug-plate on the front boldly embossed: "ALABAMA BREWING CO. SAN FRANCISCO" wrapped around the intertwined company monogram logo. This is a highly desirable "split" or "pony" size bottle. Pre-owned antique condition. The glass body has a wonderfully dark, rustic patina with some visible internal and external surface weathering/cloudiness from decades of age and storage, giving it an incredible authentic "dug" look.
