This distinct electrical component features its original factory-stamped tag indicating an inspection date of August 6, 1940.Heavy Glass-Bottom Design: Features a clear, heavy molded-glass lower housing that showcases the intricate inner mechanical relays, contact points, and wiring.Original Tag Specifications: The identification plate remains clearly legible on the front window detailing its technical configuration: Serial M-48762, 1000 OHMS, CONT. OPNG. .059, CHARGE 18.60, REL. 2.64, D.P.U. 4.65, and WKG. 4.65.Condition Status: This unit is in excellent cosmetic vintage condition for its age. The lower glass casing is completely solid and free of any cracks, deep fractures, or major chips. The top terminal layout shows normal patina, minor oxidation, and dust typical of authentic, historic railroad salvage.
