This is an Austrian military Gore-Tex overalls that I previously modified into a pair of waterproof rain pants. The size tag is gone but it fits a male wearing 34x32 with a layer underneath. Quality is excellent and you will not find another pair of gore-tex pants in this price bracket. Heavy duty reinforcements on the ankles to prevent wear.
