Rare Vintage Axis Design \"Flying Saucer\" Pink Ceramic Teapot by Laurence Dumaine For Sale

A incredibly scarce piece of 1980s postmodern design: the iconic \"Flying Saucer\" (Soucoupe Volante) ceramic teapot, designed by Laurence Dumaine for Axis Design. Pieces from this specific line are highly collectible and rarely surface on the secondary market, making this an excellent find for collectors of space-age, Euro-design, and Memphis-style aesthetics.

This teapot features a beautiful pastel pink finish, a striking low-profile circular silhouette, and its original, signature clear arched anti-burn handle. The handle is fully intact and removable for easy cleaning—a component that is frequently missing or damaged on surviving examples of this model.
