Heavy metal construction with yellow GE Mazda logo and multiple labeled bulb sockets: 3-Way Medium, 3-Way Mogul, Master Switch, Fuse Test Lamp, Intermediate, Candelabra, Miniature, Appliance, and more. Includes original wooden back panel.
