Vintage Australian Upson Fingertip petrol pocket lighter, circa late 1940s–1950s, featuring a distinctive Art Deco ribbed design and silver-tone finish. Marked Upson PAT. and CELCO SYDNEY.
Working mechanism, produces sparks, however the opening lid requires adjustment. The lighter would also benefit from cleaning and general servicing.
Shows considerable signs of age and use, including scratches, chrome plating loss, tarnish and exposed base metal.
