For the ones who know—this isn’t just a toy, it’s a hip-hop artifact.Up for grabs is the Mezco Toys Run-D.M.C. 1st Edition full set (2002) featuring Darryl “D.M.C.” McDaniels, deadstock and never opened. Straight from the era when collectibles still felt underground and releases were actually hard to get.The details that matter:* 1st Edition release (2002)
* Factory sealed / never opened
* 7” scale figure
* Includes hat, shades, gold chain & mic
* Mezco before the hype machine caught upWhy this hits different:
This drop came out in limited quantities (some runs as low as 300)—and finding a complete, untouched set in 2026 is not casual. Most of these were opened, displayed, or lost to time.This is for the collector who doesn’t need noise—just pieces that speak for themselves.Shelf presence is heavy. Cultural weight is heavier.Condition:
Sealed and preserved. Packaging may show light age wear, but nothing that takes away from its display credibility.Shipping:
Packed like it matters. Shipped with tracking.—If you’re building a collection that actually says something, this is one of those pieces.
