It is the FIRST official S.T. Dupont 007 collection (2004). Large Ligne 2 soft-flame lighter in brushed palladium with gun-grip / diamond-point detailing, bullet-shaped roller, GMT city scale, and engraved 007 motif. Pocket lighters limited to 5,007 pieces.
This example is numbered 1116/5007 on the base and on the original warranty card.
