SCARCE VINTAGE 1966 FLIGHTY FRANCINE CIGARETTE LIGHTER JAPAN AIRPLANE STEWARDESS For Sale

Dated 1966 Amico Japan.
This is F-light-y Francine. They also made (at least, maybe more) a Bette and a Gertie. I was thinking they were airline related, but they may not be. Hard to find much about them online. Very cool looking figurine ceramic(?) lighter.
Some minor paint loss that I can only see in the black hair. Unsure if lighter works.
