Up for sale is an R2-D2 Droids cardback with attached bubble by Kenner from 1985. This listing is for the cardback and attached bubble only. The figure and coin are not included.
This is the French Canadian variant.
This one looks pretty nice. The colors are still vibrant and glossy. The cardback has a touch of wear but overall still looks pretty nice. The hang tab is unpunched.
The figure bubble has the bottom piece missing. The bubble is still nice and square and well sealed to the cardback. You’ll probably need to apply a small piece of tape to the bottom area of the bubbleif you want to display an R2 in it.
The coin bubble was lifted at a minimum on the top right side to remove the coin. The coin tape is still intact and still sticky.
The bubble has yellowed a little which is quite common on these ones.
The bubble will still hold and display a Droids R2-D2 and coin nicely.
