This piece is THE UNICORN piece for many villagers so don’t miss this opportunity. The box and sleeve do show signs of shelf wear but the building itself is in perfect condition. All of the audio and lighting elements are in perfect working order. There are so many great details in Lemax Village pieces and this piece especially has tons of them and will make a statement in any Halloween Village. Included in the box is its adapter and when tested every element worked as if new.
