Scarce Antique 15\" E. Preston Birmingham No.98 Brass Mahogany Spirit Level For Sale

I have for offer this scarce antique 15\" E. Preston Birmingham No.98 brass mahogany spirit level. It\'s a rare collectible for woodworking enthusiasts and was made by Edward Preston in Birmingham in the United Kingdom. This vintage original piece is crafted from brass and mahogany, reflecting the craftsmanship of yesteryear. It\'s in very good condition for its age, has a Rd 269393 patent stamp no., both spirit bubbles are working and the wood is in good condition. However the window bubble has two brass rings missing, one from either side. These could be replaced by someone who knows what they are doing, but it\'s still a rare thing.
