Brand new never used. The brake spoon metal has worn with age. This is not abnormal for these sets. You can see in the photos what I am talking about. It is not totally pretty. This is why this is price less than the similar stuff they have posted.
The ends of the brake adjusting tool are the same metal and kinda ugly. Priced accordingly.
