Secrets of Haunted House #23 - DC 1980 Bronze Age Horror Issue - CGC 9.6 For Sale

DC had some really fun Bronze Age Horror and this is one of them. Gotta love the guy in the morgue making his play!
There are only 20 of these on the entire CGC register so if you like classic DC Bronze Horror like this, they are few and far between slabbed. A 9.6 like this one sold for close to 200 last year, but it seems to me that is on the high side, so I am offering it for 100 even.
