Antique Set 6 Hand Painted Porcelain Egg Cups Gold Brown Belle Époque Signed E.A.P. Beautiful antique set of six hand-painted porcelain egg cups, dating to approximately the late 19th to very early 20th century, circa 1890–1910. Each egg cup features a graceful pedestal form decorated in warm creamy white with café-au-lait brown bands, elaborate gilt scrollwork, and fine hand-painted ornamental details. The decoration has a refined Belle Époque character with subtle Art Nouveau influence, particularly in the flowing gold scroll motifs.
Each piece is individually signed on the underside with the artist/decorator initials “E.A.P.” The set was acquired together with a group of antique French Limoges porcelain, including multiple CFH / Haviland pieces. While these egg cups appear consistent in age and decorative quality with that group, they do not carry a visible factory backstamp, so the maker is not being definitively attributed.
