RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

\"What if I don\'t like the item I received?\" Customer satisfaction is our top priority. SeasonsTrading offers an Easy Returns & Exchanges Policy below:

• Returns must be postmarked within 30 days from the date of delivery.

• Item(s) must be received in unused and new condition, without any missing pieces, and in their original packaging.

• To initiate a return, please go to your account to submit a return request. will email the return instructions to you within 24 to 48 hours after the return request is submitted. Please do not return the item(s) to us until you receive the return instructions.
  

• If you would like to exchange an item, please place a new order for the item(s) you need and follow the instructions above to return the item(s) you have already received. All return items are subject to the terms of our Returns Policy.
  

• Returns are usually processed within 2 weeks after item(s) is received. During the month of October, return processing time may take up to 3 weeks due to busy Halloween season. A merchandise refund will be issued via PayPal after we process the return. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

• All return shipping costs must be prepaid by the customer. A traceable and/or insured shipping method is recommended for returning the item(s). We are not responsible for issuing a refund when the item(s) is lost in transit.

• If the returned item(s) does not meet our Returns Policy criteria, it will be held for 14 days. Within this 14 days period, the customer may request for the merchandise to be returned and will be charged a return shipping & handling fee. If the 14 days period expires, we will donate or discard the item(s).
  

• Item(s) returned to us due to refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable address shipments may be subject to a 15% handling & restocking fee. Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable. The customer will be responsible for shipping costs charged by the carrier for returning the package to us.

• 15% restocking fee may apply when returning $700 or more of merchandise.

• Due to sanitary reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged if opened: Wigs, Hair Accessories, and Novelty Teeth.

• Returns for Halloween item(s) purchased in October must be postmarked BEFORE October 31st.
