Spectacular Antique Austro Hungarian Jeweled Enameled Compact Bag- Exquisite.
This is absolutely spectacular,  workmanship is superb!

The outer glass faceted stones are saw tooth bezel set.
Inside stones and pearls are bezel set.
The inside enamel work is truely exquisite, and multi colored.
A couple of the pearls have been replaced and there are few areas of enamel where it is starting to come off, but really not bad at all.
Overall in wonderful condition.
Brass is beautiful, not much wear to the outside.
Outside clasp works well, not markings or signatures.
The worst part about the bag, other then having powder residue, is that that the 2 areas that the powder is held in, dont lock in ,the tiny side clasps will need to be fiddled with or possbly fixed.
The strap has a 5.5" drop.
The length of the bag is 5" by 3.75" by 1" deep.
Really a rare find, it is a truely special piece.
