Vintage Steuben Mid-Century Modern crystal spiral twisted pedestal dish, or shallow bowl. This is in excellent condition. There are two very light scratches on the bottom of the pedestal. The base that sits on the display area. These cannot be seen unless you pick this piece up and hold it to a light at just the right angle, otherwise they are invisible.
