If the item you wish to purchase is listed with free shipping in the US, then shipping costs to 's International shipping hub are free. However, additional shipping from the hub & any VAT/Import Duties are the buyer's responsibility. International Shipping offers both Duties Delivered Unpaid (DDU) and Duties Delivered Paid (DDP) options to buyers. Import charges may be collected from the buyer at checkout or on delivery, either through customs or directly by the carrier. These charges include any customs duties, taxes, brokerage, and other fees.

All International return inquiries need to be directed to 's International Shipping department.How do refunds work for items shipped through International Shipping?
