Sadly it grades low as it has bends tears water damage writing on the front flaking around the edges which has caused the spine to split 60% of the way the cover is detached from one staple and other defects. I would call it around a 1.0 fr out of 10 condition. See pics and judge for yourself before purchasing as grading is subjective.
