This is an US Army OCP IHWCU coat, new-with-tag condition, in size Small Short. See pictures and read below for all details and measurements.The IHWCU coat has a total of 2 pockets and closes up with 6 buttons. The 2 buttoned pockets are on the shoulder and the chest area is left bare to minimize heat buildup. There are IR tabs above the shoulder pockets which can be hidden.
