Shipping Policy: Most items in our store ship within 2 business days via FedEx, USPS, or UPS. To reduce the cost of shipping, we may take the item out of the original box. If you are ordering multiple items that have additional shipping fees, please message us and we may be able to combine shipping for you for a discounted rate.

International Shipping Policy: We ship across the world, however we have no control over shipping rates or the customs/duty taxes of the destination country. Buyer will be responsible for costs associated with shipping and import.

Return Policy: We have a strict NO returns policy on all of our items. Returns will only be accepted if the wrong item was sent, or if there is an issue with the item that was not addressed in the listing before your purchase. All returns are subject to approval and any items returned will be inspected. If the item returned is not in the original condition, or if the return policy is abused, a restocking fee of up to 20% will apply.Apologies for the policy but its how we keep our prices low!

Exchange Policy: We have a strict NO exchange policy. Most of our items are sized according to military standards unless otherwise stated in the listing. We have no control over how the items are sized by the company. If you have questions regarding the size, please contact us before purchasing.

Please keep in mind that we are a military surplus store. As such, all of the items we sell are obtained via surplus often from government warehouses. Please expect all items, including those listed as ?new,? to have signs of long term storage, dust, or minor cosmetic differences.

Additionally, the government will often contract multiple companies to produce the same product which may result in differences in the packaging. This does not mean that the item is different or that what you received is incorrect. If you are ever in doubt, always compare the NSN of the item you received to the NSN in the listing. If the NSN matches, it's the same item!

We are a family owned and operated business. We work out of our small garage. Each of our items are inspected by one of four people with the attempt to grade them as accurately as possible.
