For sale here is a nice USMC United States Marines Officers Mameluke style saberDimensions:overall 39 1/2” in scabbard 31 1/2” blade 37 1/2” overall grip 4” guard 5 1/2”Condition:The knot is in a fragile state but that is typical of swords of any age they are usually the first to go. Otherwise it is in near perfect condition considering it is likely 50 or so years old. Only surface scratches. Edge is not sharp as it is ceremonial only. Blade is solid and doesn’t wiggle in hilt.
