I generally do not take items to the post office on the weekends. Generally, the items would just sit there until Monday anyway, and I have found the Postal service loses packages they hold over the weekend at an unacceptably high rate.
Also, as a policy, does not count weekends or Holidays as business days.
I am reserving the right to change the delivery carrier to whoever is the least expensive who will deliver it within the delivery window.
