This ELEGANT wool and cotton hourglass quilt is all hand pieced and hand quilted, with a nice solid black background and vibrant clothing fabrics from the 1880's to the 1910's.It measures 68" X 80" and is in excellent condition, with a couple of small, faint spots and no wear. The quilt feels strong and sturdy overall.
There are straight line designs quilted throughout at 6-7 stitches to the inch.
The back and hand stitched binding are the same solid black fabric, and the batting is thin.
