Cut off center with the top of NJ right up on the edge and a little of the J missing. Otherwise, overall mostly good condition.
I ship felt pennants in a bubble envelope. Smaller ones are shipped flat. Longer ones with one or two folds - lightly folded with tissue paper placed at the point of the fold. I have shipped thousands of felt pennants this way with minimal issues. If you want it shipped another way, I will gladly work with you, but please ask what it will cost before buying.
