Very small tear on the left edge and it looks like there must have been an attached tag here that was torn off. The rest of the pennant is in Good condition.
I ship pennants in a bubble envelope. Smaller ones are shipped flat. Longer ones with one or two folds - lightly folded with tissue paper placed at the point of the fold. I have shipped thousands of felt pennants this way with minimal issues. If you want it shipped another way, I will gladly work with you, but please ask what it will cost before buying.
