Really nice shape for this rare smaller tin noisemaker with the 3 image back side. Not only is the 3 image rarer, but this has a working plastic whistle for the nose. You might not see another with this whistle this year. Measures as shown, this is not mint, there are numerous small scratches and smudge marks as seen close up but hard to see at arms length, there’s also a small dent to the bottom, pic provided, and a crack in the plastic whistle. The inside has a small amount of dirt or corrosion at the bottom, the sides are clean and still have the gold tint intact. So instead of just the owl and moon on the other, you get the owl, moon, ghost, witch, and haunted house.
